SUMMARY:

On Wednesday, November 14, 2018, at approximately 6:50 P.M., Barstow Police officers responded to a call regarding a burglary in progress at a residence in the 800 block of Keith Street.

As officers arrived at the scene and approached the residence, they observed two (2) male subjects flee from the rear of the residence. The suspects ran south towards the rear of the residences on Linda Lane as the officers pursued them.
As officers were searching the area for the suspects, one of the residents in the area called her neighbor, Patrick Smith, and requested that he check her backyard believing she heard noises outside.
